The District is a unique 36-acre mixed-use community on Colorado's I-25 corridor, offering 2.5 million square feet of office space, a 200-key hotel, 1,800 residential units, and extensive retail space. Design Workshop collaborated with Brue Baukol and the City of Centennial to design a wayfinding program that included a prominent monument visible from I-25. The process also included development of a tenant signage guideline to help future tenants design and install signage with a visual character that was consistent with the rest of the project. The main goal was the creation of a sign development plan that was finally implemented earlier this year. The result of months of close collaboration with city planning, it will provide clear and compliant guidance for sign program implementation for years to come.
